  1. Anything useful around on why the deliveries got delayed?
refits or some furniture items not available?

    1. Airbus is pretty tight-lipped about it. I wonder why the press was all over the 787's problems and A350 barely gets any news.

  3. Boeing made a big thing about the 787 "Dreamliner" and then it all won't wrong. Maybe after the 380 and its fair share of problems Airbus have decided a softly softly introduction.

  5. Maybe the 787 got coverage due to the numerous emergency landings and fires followed by a 4 month grounding.

  6. MSN8 could be next weekend followed by MSN11 a few days later.

  7. It would be great to find out what all these "rework" tasks are. It seems every aircraft is getting its fairbshare if rework.

  8. Is it safe to say the delivery target of 15 won't be achieved?

  9. It'll be tight but it's achievable. 5 have been delivered. 5 are in flight test/delivery centre all of which could be delivered by mid-October. 6 are at Station 20 (engine/cabin fit) - the final stage before flight testing.
August was always going to be a quiet month with the holiday period. Activity is very much picking up.
