South Korean carrier Asiana Airlines has agreed a sale/leaseback with Japanese lessor SMBC for four A350 XWB aircraft, including pre-delivery payment (PDP) financing, according to an airline source.
The tenor of the financing is 12 years. Law firm Milbank is representing Asiana on the deal.
The aircraft will be delivered in 2017. Asiana has 30 of the aircraft type on order.
